Refund
These are custom products and because of that refunds can only be given BEFORE we begin production. It's important to understand that the credit card fee we incur is subtracted from your return. This is due to the fees we incur from the credit card processor which are non-refundable. There are no refunds given on digital orders.
After you place your order we will send you an approval link (within 14 hours) so you can review and submit your approval for production. Once you do this you can no longer request a refund.
