In the rare occasion that your art is damaged on arrival, we will immediately ship an identical replacement to you at no charge. Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know about the damage, please provide a photo of the damage as well as the packaging.
Canvas: Due to the natural material of canvas, it can slightly stretch over time. If this happens please lightly spray the back of the canvas with water and allow it to dry. This will almost always tighten the canvas. If spraying the canvas does not work, please let us know right away and we will have the issue corrected for you.
Soundwave Jewelry: Because our rings and pendants are custom, they are non-refundable, in the extremely rare occasion you receive a damaged item we will replace damaged jewelry with an identical replacement or repair the damaged part.
Rings: It is extremely important that you know your ring size before ordering. It’s best to have a jeweler do this for you. Our rings are comfort fit. If your ring does not fit you must contact us as quickly as possible. Our rings are not resizable so it is important that you let us know as soon as you get it, we must be notified within 30 days of receiving your ring in order for us to replace it at a discounted rate.
If you receive a ring and it does not fit properly because you selected the wrong size we can replace as long as you notify us within 30 days of receiving it. The cost to remake the ring is 40% of the original ring.
