Order Status and Tracking
We'll send you an email with the status of your order. You can also visit my account to see the status of your order
Your order typically goes into production within a few hours of you approving it. If you use our software to design your art, you will see exactly what your art will look like in the design tool. You'll have the option to request another proof or send it directly to production when selecting your product options.
Email notifications you’ll receive:
- Order confirmation
- Proof / Approval (unless you request to send to production when you place your order using our design software)
- Headed to production
- Order shipped
- Product review request
If you haven’t received an automated message from us with your tracking information, then your order is most likely still in production. The automated tracking email can sometimes be delayed up to 24 hours. Please check your spam folder just in case.
