Status of order / Tracking

You'll receive email notifications of the status of your order, you can also visit Your Account to see updates.

Your order typically goes into production within a few hours of you approving it. If you use our software to design your art, you will see exactly what your art will look like in the design tool, you'll have the option to request another proof, or send it directly to production when selecting your product options.

it’s in the evening or the weekend, it can take a bit longer. You’ll receive an automated message as soon as it is headed into production. The next message you’ll receive will be the shipping notification.

Email notifications you’ll receive:
  • Order confirmation
  • Proof / Approval (unless you request to send to production when you place your order using our design software)
  • Headed to production
  • Order shipped
  • Product review request

If you haven’t received an automated message from us with your tracking information, then your order is most likely still in production. The automated tracking email can sometimes be delayed up to 24 hours. Please check your spam folder just in case.

On occasion, the automated system gets backed up, this usually happens during the holidays. Because of this, it is possible that your order is on its way before the tracking information is sent. Tracking information can also take up to 24 hours before it shows the progress. If this happens, you may click your tracking link, and it shows as not found. This simply means the system has not updated yet.
