Customer Service

Customer service is extremely important to me. I strive to offer the best service possible. The absolute best way to contact me is by using the button at the bottom right of the website. There are a few options to get answers, as well as sending a message:

Ask Sona (AI Assistant): Sona uses the docs and website to answer your question. If, for some reason, Sona can't answer your question, you can click I still need help and send me a message.

Send a message: You can email your question, and I'll respond as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 hours for a response, depending on the time of day, but on average, my response time is under 4 hours. Many times, much quicker.

Search Docs: You can find many answers by searching the knowledge base yourself (Sona is good at doing this for you)

If you send an email, please keep an eye on your spam folder in case your email client marks the response as spam.
