There is a problem with my order

Though it’s rare, sometimes mistakes happen. If that’s the case we will correct it for you. If you receive your order and there is a problem with it please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide a photo of the damage as well as the packaging.

  • If there is a defect with one of our Soundwave Art products please take a photo so we can see what the issue is. Once we’ve determined the problem, we will correct the issue and remake your Soundwave.
  • If there is a problem with one of our Soundwave Jewelry pieces, please provide a photo of the mistake/defect. When it comes to jewelry, depending on the issue we will most likely have you send it back so we can repair it, or remake it completely.

Again, mistakes can happen but they are very rare. If there is a problem, we promise to take care of it for you. Just follow the steps above and we will correct the issue as quickly as possible.
