How to play your NFC necklace

Your Soundwave Art™ necklace contains a hidden NFC chip connected to your recording. This short video shows how to locate your phone’s NFC reader and play the recording by touching your phone to the back of the pendant.

Troubleshooting a Scan

If the phone does not respond:

Make sure the screen is on and the phone is unlocked.
Confirm that NFC is enabled on Android.
Remove thick, metal, magnetic, or wallet-style phone cases.
Remove any payment cards stored inside the phone case.
Hold the location of your phone's NFC reader against the product's tap point for one or two seconds instead of tapping quickly.
Move the phone slowly across the scanning area to locate its NFC antenna.
Close the camera, Wallet, or payment app if it is open.
Make sure Airplane Mode is turned off.
Restart the phone if NFC has stopped responding.
Try scanning with another compatible phone to determine whether the issue is with the product or the phone.

NFC antenna placement and sensitivity vary by device. A phone that scans one area instantly may require slightly different positioning on another model. Samsung also notes that certain cases can interfere and recommends aligning the phone’s NFC antenna directly with the tag.
