Design Approval Policy

Certain products include a design approval process before production. Once your preview is ready, an approval email will be sent with options to approve your design or request changes.

To help avoid delays and keep orders on schedule, designs that have not received an approval or change request within 3 days of the approval email being delivered will automatically move into production. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
