Soundwave Approval Process

Within 18 hours of placing your order, we will contact you with information on how you can view and approve your Soundwave before production begins. We will attempt to reach you by email first then text message. If we are unable to reach you after 7 days your order will automatically go into production. Please check your spam folder for an email from us in case your mail provider blocks it.

If purchasing a gift certificate the approval process does not go into effect until the gift certificate has been redeemed for a product.

Soundwave Art Mobile App & your content

Soundwave Art/app storage times

Your Soundwave Art™ is active with our app and stored for five (5) years at the time of purchase. When it expires you can renew the media package for another five (5) years for the price of $24.99.

What happens if we close down or go bankrupt?

When it comes to the content storage it's more about how long we can legally guarantee that the photos, audio/video will be stored. Because we store the content in Amazon Web Cloud Services, it is 99.9% safe. If we close, your video content can be provided via email, however, it would stop working when scanning as our app would eventually be removed from the app store.

What happens if we are sold or merge with another company?

If we are sold or merge with another company, the new owner would be required to honor existing Soundwave Media™ purchases.

Product Reviews

Within 30 days of purchase, we may send you an automated message requesting your feedback on the product you purchased. We made this as simple as possible in the hopes that you will let us know what your thoughts are on our service. You will be able to select a star rating and leave a comment if you wish.

App Reviews

It is extremely difficult to get reviews for mobile apps. We won't bug you within the app asking for a review because we know how annoying that can be. We will however as you now because it really helps us out to receive your feedback, even if it is a simple click of a star rating. It also helps combat the people from around the world that like leaving 1-star reviews for apps even when they are not customers of the app and have no way of using it.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual Customers for processing orders. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our Customers. If there are specific offenses for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible

Confidentiality

Any information concerning the Customer and their respective Customer Records may be passed to third parties. However, Customer records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than our employees and if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Customers have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Customer Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Customers are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Customers with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Soundwave Art™ will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
