When ordering a product that plays audio or video through the Soundwave Art™ app or NFC tap-to-play technology, you must confirm that you have the legal right to use and upload the content.
Purchasing a song, CD, digital download, or streaming subscription generally gives you the right to listen to the music. It does not usually give you permission to upload the song or connect it to a playable product.
You may still use a song to create its visual Soundwave pattern, but Soundwave Art cannot host or play the song unless you own the necessary rights or have permission from the copyright holder.
