I only see an upload option
Depending on the device you are using you may only have the option to upload a file. This is due to the limitations of the device you are using. Some devices don't allow access to the microphone so there is no way to record using this device.
If you are on a laptop or desktop computer and don't see the record button please change browsers to Chrome or Firefox. This will usually allow you to record.
Another option is to use the recording feature on your mobile device or your computer, record your message then save it. Use our upload option and located your saved file to upload it.
