Approving your design

Once you’ve placed your order our team will begin editing your Soundwave to properly fit the dimensions of the item you purchased. You will then receive an email from us with a link to view and approve your Soundwave for production.

It’s important to keep an eye on your spam folder just in case. It can take up to 14 hours to receive this email but in many cases, it is only a few hours. It does depend on the time of day that you placed your order. If we are unable to reach you within 7 days, your order will automatically go into production.

If for some reason you are not happy with your design, you will be able to make changes. There will be a form below your Soundwave proof which will allow you to either approve your Soundwave for production or let us know what changes you would like to make.

Once approved your order will move to the production stage, this could take up to 24 hours but usually, it is pretty quick. Production takes place Monday - Friday. Once your order ships, you will receive automated tracking information.
