File Size Limits

There are a few size limits to keep in mind when creating your Soundwave Art

1. App time limit: If you plan on adding our app feature to play your art the max time limit our app can play is 3 minutes. Make sure the audio or video that you want to play is under 3 minutes. If you don't want to play your art your audio file can be as long as long as you want as long as the file size will work with our design software. (see below)

2. File size limit when designing your Soundwave using our design software: The max file size you can upload to our software is 15MB. If you receive an error message it is because your file is too large or it is in a format that will not work with our software. If you have this issue you can contact us by clicking the green button at the bottom of our website and send us the file, we can re-size it and send it back to you so you can complete your order.

If you don't want to wait for us to resize your file (can take up to 14 hours depending on the time of day you contact us) there are many free online audio/video conversion websites that you can use to compress your file or even change the format of your file.
