File size limit when recording

If you are trying to upload your own audio file from your computer and you are receiving an upload error it is because your file is too large. There is a 10MB size limit. If you wish to email us the file we can convert it for you, we can also show you a faster way by converting the file yourself online. Just follow these quick steps and you’ll be well on your way to designing your Soundwave.

• Press the select file to upload button and choose the file from your computer
• Output Format: Select OGG (.ogg files)
• Select quality: Select normal (128kbit/s)
• Press Convert
• Download your compressed file and it will be ready to upload
